- Custom made or personalized products.
- Products marked as Final Sale.

1.3 Refund Handling
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within
7 to 10 business days.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, followed by email confirmation.
1.4 Shipping and Fees
- Original shipping charges are not refundable unless an error occurred on our side.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.
- Restocking charges may apply and will be communicated before approval.
