Orders are prepared and dispatched within three to five business days after payment confirmation.
- Order handling takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- High volume periods may result in minor delays and updates are shared by email.
- Orders placed outside working hours are processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Estimates
- Domestic delivery when available: Approximately five to seven business days.
- International delivery: Approximately fourteen to twenty one business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier operations may extend delivery times. Tracking updates provide ongoing shipment progress.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package size, and selected service.
- Free shipping may be available during limited promotions.
- Faster delivery options may be offered for an added charge.
- Shipping fees are non refundable once an order has been dispatched.
4. Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, a tracking number is sent by email so you can follow your shipment at any time using our Track Your Order page.
5. Customs and Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or local taxes that are not included in payments made to Alisanda.
- Import duties and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Packages refused due to unpaid charges may be refunded minus shipping costs.
- Customs related delays are outside our control.
6. Missing or Damaged Deliveries
Once a parcel is transferred to the courier, responsibility is shared with the delivery provider. We will assist you in resolving any delivery concern.
- If marked as delivered but not received, please check nearby locations or contact the local courier office.
- Lost or stolen items may require a formal claim with the carrier.
- If an item arrives damaged, retain all packaging and notify us promptly.
7. Delivery Address Responsibility
Accurate address details are essential for successful delivery. Alisanda is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Please contact us quickly if an address update is needed before dispatch.
- Address changes cannot be made once an order is in transit.
8. Returned Deliveries
Orders returned due to delivery refusal or address issues are handled as follows:
- Resending orders: Available once additional shipping costs are paid.
- Refunds: Issued after deducting original shipping charges.
